Clint means it - he knows it's bleeding and needs taken care of, but he also knows it's a minor wound compared to some of the things he's dealt with in the past. If it starts getting worse, he'll say something. For now, he just nods. "Let's go," he echoes, already starting to follow her toward the door to the room.
