He doesn't seem terribly surprised or upset that Clint keeps moving. He just keeps coming, expression unwavering, raising the gun again now that it's definitely staying with him to track Clint as he moves. When he thinks he can hit him, and really it only takes a few seconds of leading, he takes a shot. Whether or not it's true, however, Natasha moves finally, grabbing Clint by the waist to pull him out of the way. Now, he looks disgruntled.
